If it is like the curent cosmetic weapon skin drop it s one item per 23h30.
But the webpage says 5 tickets per day.
You get 1 per week and it s usually a crate.
I don t think that wining or losing affects the drops in anyway they just need the end screen to drop which will make idle server a thing.

No this feature is completely optional and you can play killing floor 2 while completely ignoring it.

People says you get only 1 drop per day which mean don t matter how many hours you play a day you only gain xp no matter if you play 10 hours or 18 hours a day you still will only get 1 drop also these past 2 days i got a crate that you can only open with a key that you need to buy.
When you are playing through killing floor 2 always keep track of what keys you have that way you know which crates to look out for if they do drop.
